First, we set the appointment, the recording is reviewed by our Quality Assurance department, re-verified and uploaded to your CRM account and an e-mail reminder is sent to you in real time.
Next, we e-mail the prospect to confirming the appointment. We also enter them into an e-mail drip marketing database so they’re contacted by you 2-3 times before you show up for the appointment.
Our third level of Quality Assurance is calling a second time to confirm the meeting starting 3 days before the appt. We do not stop calling until we have a live confirmation.
